Missouri Unemployment Application
The Missouri Division of Employment Security offers an online claims filing system for the Missouri unemployment application. Missouri unemployment applications can be filed from 12:31 AM Sunday to 11:30 PM Saturday Central Time at www.moclaim.com. It is important that you answer all questions asked on the online Missouri unemployment application or your application will not be accepted. If you exit the website before submitting your application, all your information will be lost and you will have to start again. If you start the online application and cannot finish it within forty-five minutes, the online system will automatically log you out. Once you submit your information, you need to wait for a confirmation page. This page will give you a confirmation number to serve as proof that you filed a Missouri unemployment application.
If you prefer to submit a Missouri unemployment application by phone, claims representatives are available from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Central Standard time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You must call from a touch tone phone. Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest days, so you should try to wait until Wednesday or later to call in your Missouri unemployment application.
