Oregon Unemployment Application
If you’ve worked exclusively in Oregon for the past 18 months, you can submit a claim for OR benefits online. You can use this system to apply for new claims or check the status of claims already made, and the status of the week you are claiming should be available within 30 minutes after you transmit the claim itself.
The Oregon online system is available here: https://ssl8.emp.state.or.us/ocs4/index.cfm?u=F20090306A092914B48504964.6021&lang=E
You can also download the OR unemployment forms from the same website here: http://egov.oregon.gov/EMPLOY/UI/ui_forms.shtml, and send these forms back to your local UI center, which can be found using the zip code locator here: http://findit.emp.state.or.us/ocs/ui-center-lookup/

It is important to note that claims are not handled through the local employment offices, so sending forms to the wrong place could result in long delays processing your claim. For help filling in the forms, the claims handbook is also available in PDF form: http://egov.oregon.gov/EMPLOY/UI/ui_forms.shtml
Alternatively, you can arrange your claim on the telephone by calling your local claim line number, which is a local call depending on your area. A full list can be found here: http://findit.emp.state.or.us/offices/wcl-list.cfm. There is also a general number that can be called if you are outside the local call area at the time, which is 1-800-982-8920.
