To file a Utah unemployment application online, you will need your social security number, the names of all employers with the dates worked since 10/01/2007, the name and local number of your union if you belong to a union, and your Utah driver’s license, identification card number, or your alien registration number.
The online application website is available from 2:00 am to 10:45 pm, seven days a week and takes approximately thirty minutes to complete. It is important that you have all your information available and ready because if you remain on any one page of the online application for more than twenty minutes, your session will time out and you will have to start the whole process all over again. When filling out the Utah unemployment application online, it is imperative that you submit your application before 11:45 pm. If you try to submit your Utah unemployment application online after 11:45 pm, all of your information will be lost.
