Washington Unemployment Application

Washington unemployment application processes involve filing a claim either online or via the telephone.  If a potential claimant has been totally disabled since March 16, 2003 for a period of 13 weeks or more due to a work related incident or an injury that is not work related and the individual has been released by his or her doctor in the past year, the potential WA claimant cannot file for unemployment benefits online.  If the potential Washington claimant has worked in more than two states since the year 2007, again the claimant must file by telephone.
