 Individuals filing a WI unemployment benefits claim will require a copy of their social security number, a driver’s license number issued from the state of Wisconsin (if applicable), and the applicant will need to created a personal identification number (PIN) in order to sign into the online website system to file claims and to certify for claims on an ongoing basis.  During the application process, the applicant will be asked to identify all of his or her employers for the last eighteen months as well.
