The individual filing a Wyoming unemployment application will want to have his or her social security number available, a listing of all employers for the previous eighteen months, contact information for one’s union hall if applicable, an Alien Registration Number if necessary, a DD-214 form if he or she is a former member of the military, and an SF50 or SF8 form if the individual is a federal employee.
